1. In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat your butter until soft. Add your sugar and beat until combined. Add your oil, eggs, vanilla and beat until combined.
3. To your stand mixer, add about half of your flour mixture and mix until combined. Then add your buttermilk and mix until combined. Add the remainder of your flour mixture and mix until combined.
5. Fill each liner half way up with batter. Then add about 2 tsp of cinnamon streusel on top of your batter. Finish by filling up the rest of your liners with batter. Make sure your batter is filled to the top but not more than that.
7. In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat your cream cheese on high until soft and airy. Add your butter and beat until soft and airy. Add your powdered sugar and mix on medium low speed until combined. Add your milk and vanilla and cinnamon and mix until soft and combined.
