in the bowl of a stand mixer whip your whipped cream on high until soft peaks are formed. set aside
in a large bowl whisk together your sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, salt and vanilla.
once combined, fold your whipped cream into your peanut butter mixture. leaving a few peanut butter swirls in tact.
chop up your peanut butter cups and fold them into your ice cream.
Transfer your mixture into a loaf pan and freeze overnight or for at least 8 hours.
