In a large bowl combine your flour, oats, salt, baking soda, sugar, and brown sugar.
Add your melted butter and vanilla. Mix until combined.
Divide your crumb mixture evenly in half.
Line a 9x9 inch baking pan with parchment paper. Press the first half of your mixture into the bottom of your pan.
Bake your crust at 325 degrees for 12 minutes. Take out and let cool slightly.
Spread your jam evenly over your crust.
Add the remaining half of your crumb mixture to the top of your jam, leaving some bigger chunks of crumb.
Bake again at 325 degrees for another 20 minutes.
