    2. It is the CREAMIEST ice cream yo will ever have!
    3. Its a lot cheaper than store bought!

    Key Ingredients and Substitutions

Heavy cream. this is what makes your ice cream supper creamy. You can not replace this.

Sweetened Condensed Milk. this gives your ice cream the perfect sweetness.

Peanut butter adds flavor to your ice cream and enhances the peanut butter cups.

salt. just a little salt balances out all the sweetness

    Vanilla adds a dynamic flavor

Peanut butter Cups. is the perfect mix in for this ice cream but you can replace it with any candy/ chocolate.

    Step by Step Instructions

    • in the bowl of a stand mixer whip your whipped cream on high until soft peaks are formed. set aside
    • in a large bowl whisk together your sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, salt and vanilla.
    • once combined, fold your whipped cream into your peanut butter mixture. leaving a few peanut butter swirls in tact.
    • chop up your peanut butter cups and fold them into your ice cream.
    • Transfer your mixture into a loaf pan and freeze overnight or for at least 8 hours.

    Expert Tips

    1. when whisking your heavy cream, do NOT over whip it. You want soft or medium peaks NOT stiff peaks. It is gets to stiff peaks then it starts the process of turning into butter which will leave an oily texture to your ice cream.
    2. Fold in your whipped cream, DO NOT mix it in. If you fold it in it will leave the air in the cream.

    FAQ

    1. Do I have to wait 8 hours before I can eat it? If you do not want ice cream soup than yes.
    2. Do I need an ice cream machine? NO, just a bowl and a whisk!

    Freezing and Storing

Wrap your Ice Cream up in plastic wrap and foil. Freeze up to one month.
